How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now Button" Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
How can I track my order?
An email with tracking information will be triggered automatically when we ship the order. You can also follow up on this link: Track Your Order
How do I use a discount code?
During checkout, enter your discount code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your order.
Are there any additional fees or taxes on top of the product?
The product price listed on our website excludes taxes and shipping charges, which will be presented during checkout.
We provide free shipping for orders over $79.00. Additionally, we cover import duties for your orders. If you encounter duty charges, please contact us via email before remitting any payments.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can help you update your shipping address if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. An order cannot be changed if it has already been shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay, including installment options. Please check our Payment Method page for specific details.

Where does Vivian Fashion ship to?
Vivian Fashion is currently shipping to:
- Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
- Including P.O. Boxes.
- All US Military bases, APO/FPO
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
How long does the shipping take?
Vivian Fashion is a cross-border company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.
- Most products can take between 5 to 10 business days.
- Very few products can take between 7 to 18 business days and will be shown on the individual product detail page.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $79.00. For orders below $79.00, there is a standard shipping cost of $8.50. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns to be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is a shipping error or damaged item. Some items, such as bodysuits, jewelry, and gift cards, are non-returnable unless it's our mistake. Customers have the option of receiving a store credit or a refund to their original payment method. Exchanges are also available. Please check our Refund Policy for specific details.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for damages or defects.
How do I initiate a return?
These are the instructions to follow when you need to initiate a return or exchange:
1. Log into your account:
- Click the profile icon located at the top right in the store's navigation (laptop or desktop), or you can click here to log into your account.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note with your return option: Refund with Store Credit (Free label return), Refund to the original payment (You pay for the label return), or Exchange.
5. Click Request Return.
6. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
7. Securely pack your return item, including the packing slip. Feel free to reuse the original polybag for environmental sustainability or use your own polybag.
8. When your package is ready, send your items back by taking your return to the carrier.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or pattern, simply place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for the original item. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on the exchange process.
