Our return policy allows for returns to be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. 4. Select a return reason and add a note with your return option: Refund with Store Credit (Free label return), Refund to the original payment (You pay for the label return), or Exchange.

5. Click Request Return. 

6. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

7. Securely pack your return item, including the packing slip. Feel free to reuse the original polybag for environmental sustainability or use your own polybag.

8. When your package is ready, send your items back by taking your return to the carrier.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
